The Delegators Play H&H Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow night, Wednesday 22nd January, World Unlimited bring The Delegators to the Hare & Hounds main stage for an evening of rocksteady, ska and early reggae.

As mentioned The Delegators play rocksteady, ska and early reggae, with hints of Motown and 60s soul and are headed by lead vocalist Janet Kumah, who commands the audience with her electrifying stage presence and gutsy vocal performance. Laying down a relentless groove behind her are a bunch of fine musicians, including Leon Vince, Ramy Eissa and Arthur Béranger. To get an idea of the Delegators’ sound, imagine the Supremes moved to Kingston via South London! Support on the night comes from Tempting Rosie, an eight piece band from Birmingham who’s sound is influenced by Pop , ska and reggae . Over the past couple of years the the boys stock has risen with appearances at the 2012 London Olympics , The Zante Music Festival , Fieldview Festival as well as support slots for Musical Youth , Tinie Tempah and  Kid British . After taking some time out to finish their studies the band are back in the studio adding the finishing touches to there first full album earmarked for a spring release followed by a UK tour .
