The Brazilian Job

Circles & Leftfoot bring Brazilian vibes to the Hare and Hounds on Saturday 29th October.

Headlining the evening is the highly original DJ Marky, hailing from Brazil he beautifully fused Latin sounds with Drum n Bass to bring us Top 40 hit LK alongside MC Stamina, but there is so much more to the man than just this one track.

His influences range from funk, soul, jazz, breakbeat, hip hop and hardcore, much of the music he plays has a pure dance floor groove through it, oozing with hi spec production. Yellow Shoes is one of his recent summer anthems that has blown up everywhere. Innerground records has been at the forefront of “liquid” dnb for some time and Marky is forever pushing the sound forward on this label.

Top of the remixing game as well with tracks like “Heard it all Before” but his soul patrol remix of “Open Your Eyes” is a real well eye opener..

A real deck technician, with his trade mark move of playing the deck like a violin, under his chin, upside down and scratching!
