The Amazing Snakeheads to Headline the Hare & Hounds

Following recent support dates with Jack White and a headline slot on the BBC Introducing stage at T In The Park, The Amazing Snakeheads have announced a full UK tour for October 2014, including a Birmingham show at the Hare & Hounds on Mon 13th October.

The Glasgow band will also be playing Secret Garden Party, Stockton Weekender and Reading & Leeds festivals over the summer as well as Bestival in September.

The band’s debut album, Amphetamine Ballads, which saw its UK release in April, was featured on Pitchfork and won critical acclaim across the board. A monument to the redemptive powers of rock ‘n’ roll – full of rage, romance and dark humour – Amphetamine Ballads is an uncompromising, astonishingly visceral record.
