Job Vacancy – Manager
The Hare and Hounds is a multi- award-winning music venue & community pub with two live music / club rooms, main front bar and saloon bar. The team that run the venue also promote a large variety of shows in other venues around Birmingham.
Applicants should have experience at running hospitality venues at management level and have a passion for music. As a member of our team you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, artists and promoters alike.
We are looking for a manager who can drive wet sales in the business, cultivating a positive environment for our customers and staff. The successful applicant should be driven and creatively minded with an ability to make things happen.
What we are looking for in our Manager
- Good knowledge and managerial experience in the hospitality industry – Min 2 years
- The ability to train, motivate and inspire staff
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Rotas, P&Ls, cashflow, stocks, GPs
- A keen interest in music
- Cocktail / Mixology experience
- Driver preferred
- Food experience preferred
- The ability to self-motivate
- Live locally (within 5 miles from the venue).
