Goodnight Lenin to Play at the Hare & Hounds This August

Goodnight Lenin are currently working on their follow up to their debut album ‘In The Fullness of Time’ which is due for release in 2016. The second album, as of yet of untitled, is a departure from their previous west coast influenced efforts and draws on a darker east coast sound inspired by the likes of The War On Drugs, The National & Television. They have recruited the help of another Birmingham outfit, Free School, in their attempt to delve deeper, developing their sound.

This collaboration will now be expanding beyond the four walls of the studio to live shows with Free School joining Goodnight Lenin to perform the songs penned for their second album along with some of their older material.

They will be heading to the Hare & Hounds on 6^th August to perform for This Is Tmrw with support from Hoopla Blue, Chartreuse and Killer Wave DJs for what is set to be a celebration of Birmingham music. Advanced £10 tickets are on sale now, you can pick up yours by clicking here.
