December Highlights!

As the festive period is almost upon us, here at the Hare and Hounds we’ve decided to put together a little highlights package to tell you about just a few of the events we have lined up for you over the month of December.

Matthew Dear (Live Band) – Saturday 1st December 

We couldn’t think of a better way to start the month than with Matthew Dear. If you were lucky enough to catch him last time he played then you’ll know he put on one hell of a show. Tickets are still available here … including a limited amount of buy 2 get a 3rd free. Here’s a video of his single Earthforms, a current favourite in the Leftfoot office.

Craig Charles – Saturday 8th December

Our friends at Soul Food Project have decided to throw a Christmas party to celebrate the festive period. Taking control of the decks is Mr Craig Charles with support from our very own Leftfoot resident Sam Redmore. If you weren’t one of the lucky people quick enough to get tickets to this sold out show then make sure you keep an eye out for him when he plays the  Mostly jazz, Funk & Soul Festival next year!

Jackmaster – Friday 14th December

This year for Leftfoot’s Christmas party we’ve teamed up with local promoters and DJ’s Le Lieu. We can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are to be bringing Jackmaster one of the leading DJ’s in spreading the unashamedly full-on party sound to dance floors all over the world to the Hare and Hounds.  Ticket’s are on sale here, However if you want to avoid the booking fee then a limited amount of physical tickets can be purchased from Urban Outfitters in Birmingham. If you can’t wait until the 14th then have a listen to his live set from Numbers London Warehouse last December to get you in the mood…we have… many, many times!

NEW YEARS EVE!! – Monday 31st December

Each and every year at The Hare we invite our favourite DJ’s / promoters to take over our 2 live spaces and bring the party! This year we’ve invited back Freestyle Head honcho Sam Redmore who had the main room at capacity all night long and had to be dragged off the decks at the end, and This is Tmrw who’ll be catering for all the Indie-dance and house heads out there…Our capacity is capped at 400 and we’ve sold out every year since opening so as ever we strongly recommend picking up tickets here or just pop into the venue and buy them over the bar before they all go!!
