MAY/JUNE 2021: H&H COVID INFO FOR CUSTOMERS

H&H Customer Information – Staying Safe & Socially Distanced. 

Next Wednesday 19th May, we reopen our doors for the first time in 14 months! We’re incredibly excited to welcome everyone back and have made various changes to ensure that the venue is Covid secure, safe and comfortable for you all.

The entrance to the pub will be located on the side of the building on York Road (the High St door will be exit only). You will be greeted by our door host who will advise on seats available & entrances for ticket holders.

Every member of your party will be required to scan the track and trace app or leave your details should you not have a smart phone. 

All guests are legally required to wear face coverings when moving around the inside of the venue unless they are exempt.  Face coverings can be removed when seated.

We are not operating a booking system so seats are first come first served. We ask customers to try and keep visits to 2 hours to allow space for other customers. If there isn’t a queue, then you’re more than welcome to keep your seat.

We have created new additional outside seating on York Road. This area is available until 10.30pm.

Drinks will be served directly to your table, after ordering via our App. There will be no need to head to the bar.  If you are having any trouble with the app, our floor staff will be more than happy to help.

SAT – MIDDAY TILL MIDNIGHT

SUN – MIDDAY TILL MIDNIGHT
