FREESTYLE Exhibition
FREESTYLE is a showcase consisting of a small selection of works from twelve different photographers and illustrators in the city. With a myriad of styles – from the colourful portraits of Alis Pelleschi and the conceptual photographs of Holly Nind all the way to the imaginative graffiti illustrations of Phill Blake and Daisy Whitehouse. It aims to represent the different styles and ideas of artists throughout our city from all walks of life.
The showcase features the work of photographers and illustrators:
Alis Pelleschi, Luke Halliley, Holly Nind, Tony Hill, Helen Flanagan, Lucy Pryor, Mark Wilkinson, Mia Maher, Leon Sparkes, Daisy Whitehouse, N4T4 and Phill Blake.
The showcase starts on December 8 at 8pm and is completely FREE. There will be a DJ set from THE OTHER WOMANS CLUB and a spoken word set from the amazing Jodi Ann Bickley. She is a lyrical delight! So come on down for the opening but if you can’t make it, the work will remain on the walls over Christmas and the New Year so find the time!
The work is also available to buy unless otherwise stated by the artists, so they’re all potential Christmas presents.
