Monday
Hope And Social / Joanna Briggs / Gary Stewart / Chris Tye
Hailing from Leeds, Hope and Social are slightly more than your average indie band.
Mind-blowing, balls-to-the-floor, anything-for-a-laugh, much-more-for-a-tear, heart-on-your-sleeve, foot-on-your-monitor gigs. Not gigs. Shows. No, not shows…events. “Brilliant, uplifting and inclusive. That was amazing, here’s your cheque” Michael Eavis, Glastonbury Festival

Tuesday
World Unlimited presents: Alessi’s Ark
Not yet 21 but already a seasoned pro, having recorded her debut album aged just 17, with members of Bright Eyes, and touring with the likes of Laura Marling, Mumford & Sons and Brighton cult faves the Willkommen Collective. Time Travel is the first Alessi’s Ark album since signing to Bella Union, where her acutely melodic and exquisitely tender folk-pop charms haven’t just grown; they’ve blossomed into something extraordinarily mature.

Wednesday
World Unlimited presents: Colourmusic + support Zebedy Rays
Colourmusic began in Stillwater, Oklahoma by composing music based on Sir Isaac Newton’s theories of sound and colour. So far, the band has been played on over 160 college radio stations and has been featured on Billy Zero’s XM Radio show, the Radar Report, which highlights the nation’s best unsigned bands, and has licensed their music to the MTV Network for use on several programs.

Kilimanjaro & Birmingham Promoters presents: Fixers / Hot Horizons / Seeland
Inspired by the uplifting Californian intonations of the Beach Boys, Fixers are the Oxford five-piece dedicated to producing day dream soundtracks in the name of sunsets and young romance.
With their soaring guitar pieces and punchy drum beats, the boys bring you their psychedelic tinged answer to this year’s incoming of poppy summer anthems. For fans of: Beach Boys, Animal Collective, Wavves etc.

Thursday
THU 26TH – Leftfoot & Birmingham Promoters presents: Gentleman’s Dub Club / Bluebeat Arkestra – style based in dub, ska and roots reggae, GDC have burst onto the UK circuit, rocking gigs and festivals up and down the country with their super high energy shows. Friday
Birmingham Promoters presents: Sound Of Guns / Capital Sun / JIA
Liverpool’s Sound Of Guns came together with a common goal: a love for good passionate music, and to forge a sound akin to their collective influences…from Foo Fighters to Led Zeppelin, and The Walkmen to The Doors. This diversity helps them cast off the usual sound associated with their hometown, Sound Of Guns have chosen anthemic power chords over jangly guitars and riotous gang vocals over quirky lyricism. An experience of epic proportions!
