1EYE and Sister Henry and the Prescriptions
There are two bands performing on this night. 1 EYE launching their debut single “Worries and Troubles”, are creating a buzz in industry circles with their distinctive mix of jazz, reggae, latin and soul. From freeform jazz to skanking beats this band are a unique treat.
Sister Henry and the Prescriptions are an off-shoot of the acclaimed Munchbreak collective. Sister Henry’s rich soulful vocals, backed by the super tight funk of the Prescriptions, have launched the band into the UK funk scene.
